Terms and Conditions

 

We appreciate your decision to entrust the health of your beloved pets to our mobile veterinarian services, where we strive to provide exceptional care in the comfort of your own home. To ensure a smooth and satisfactory experience for both you and your furry friend, we kindly request your compliance with our terms and conditions.

By scheduling an appointment with Family Pets Home Veterinary Care’s mobile veterinarian, you agree to the following terms and conditions: 

 

1. Payment: All fees for services rendered by Family Pets Home Veterinary Care’s mobile veterinarian are due at the time of service. We accept cash, credit cards, and debit cards.

 

 2. Cancellation policy: If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please provide notice at least 24 hours in advance. Failure to cancel within this time frame will result in a $50 cancellation fee (the appointment fee you paid to book your spot). 

 

3. We reserve the right to refuse service to any animal that we deem to be too aggressive or dangerous to handle safely. The appointment fee ($50) will not be refunded.

 

 4. We will do our best to arrive at our scheduled appointment time, but please understand that unforeseen circumstances such as traffic or emergencies may cause delays. Your appointment fee ($50) will be refunded if our veterinarian needs to cancel your appointment or you have the option to reschedule.

5. Access: In order to deliver the best possible care, we require clear access to your home and pet for the duration of the appointment. It is also important that your pet is in a safe and secure location with good lighting.

 

6. We do not provide emergency services. If your pet requires emergency medical attention, please contact your nearest animal hospital or emergency vet clinic. Our services are limited to routine wellness care, vaccinations, and minor medical issues. In the event of a medical emergency, we may refer you to an emergency veterinary hospital.

 

7. Liability: Family Pets Home Veterinary Care's mobile veterinarian is not responsible for any damages or injuries caused by your pet. You are responsible for keeping your pet under control at all times during the appointment. By using our mobile veterinarian services, you agree to hold Family Pets Home Veterinary Care harmless from any liability for any injury, loss, or damage to your pet or property arising from the services provided.

 

8. Consent: By scheduling an appointment with Family Pets Home Veterinary Care’s mobile veterinarian, you consent to the treatment of your pet and agree to the terms and conditions outlined above. By allowing us to treat your pet, you acknowledge that you are the legal owner or caretaker of the animal, are 18 years of age or older, and have the authority to make decisions regarding their care.

 

By using our services, you agree to the following user agreements:

 

1. You must provide accurate and complete information about your pet's health history, behavior, and any medical conditions during the initial consultation and subsequent visits. 

 

2. An adult 18 years of age or older must be present during the entire appointment and provide a safe and quiet environment for your pet. 

 

3. You must follow our recommendations for treatment, medication, and follow-up care. 

 

4. You must agree to our privacy policy, which protects your personal information and medical records.
